Today the Arkansas Supreme Court’s decision in Corina Mendoza v. Wis International, Inc. et al, CV-15-677 (2016) struck down A.C.A. § 27-23-703 as unconstitutional.

Department of Energy Gives Approval for Clean Line Project Last Friday the U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz announced that the Department will participate in the development of the Plains & Eastern Clean Line Project.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. issued an Order rejecting a plea of twenty states to block enforcement the EPA’s rule designed to curb air pollution with mercury and other toxic substances power plants. The Order did not refer the issue to the full Court.
