PPGMR Law Announces New Attorney Molly Shepherd

EL DORADO, Ark. (Sept. 29, 2016) – PPGMR Law today announced Molly Shepherd as its newest attorney. Shepherd will serve in the firm’s El Dorado office and focus on civil litigation and appellate practice.

“We are proud to welcome Molly as our newest associate in El Dorado,” said Brian Ratcliff, managing member of PPGMR Law’s El Dorado office. “With her years of federal trial and appellate court clerk experience, I’m confident Molly will provide the first-class service our clients expect.”

Prior to joining PPGMR Law, Shepherd served for two years as a law clerk on the U.S. District Court, Western District of Arkansas, for U.S. District Judge Susan O. Hickey. She also served one year as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, for Judge Bobby E. Shepherd in El Dorado.

Shepherd attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and first in her class. While in law school, she served as articles editor of the Arkansas Law Review. She was a quarterfinalist for the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition and received the Judge Thomas F. Butt Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Civil Procedure. She previously attended Ouachita Baptist University, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s of arts degree in mass communications and Spanish. She is an executive board member for the South Arkansas Arts Center and El Dorado Serve League; treasurer for the Union County Bar Association; and a member of First Baptist Church of El Dorado.
