New Extended Stack Testing Timeline from Office of Air Quality, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality

The Office of Air Quality Permit Branch recently granted permitees an extension of time to submit test results from stack testing conducted on or after October 1, 2016.  ADEQ extended the deadline to 60 days even for permits where the deadline is established Plantwide Condition 3 for Title V permits or General Condition 7 for Minor Sources permits. 

Of note, if your permit states a timeline some place other than Plantwide Condition 3 or General Condition 7, the Permit Branch recommends that you contact them for guidance.
