German Government Approves Indefinite Hydraulic Fracturing Ban
On Tuesday, the German government approved a hydraulic fracturing ban that will be in place for an indefinite amount of time. The ban will be reviewed in 2021. This ban is similar to hydraulic fracturing bans that have been put in place by many European countries, with the exception of the shale gas exploration friendly United Kingdom.
