UPDATE: Stay of Bureau of Land Management Fracking Rule Vacated by Tenth Circuit
On Wednesday, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals vacated the stay the United States District Court of Wyoming had placed on a Bureau of Land Management rule regulating hydraulic fracturing. An appeal over the merits of the District Court’s ruling to strike down the rule is currently pending in the Tenth Circuit. PPGMR Law will continue to post updates as the litigation progresses.
